We can’t wait to introduce our community to our new digs

BarkHouse-landscapeEvery week we’re getting closer to our big move! The final touches are going on the Bark House and we’re modifying the existing modular buildings to serve as Kitty City, Administration and Veterinary Services.

catHouseHere’s a sneak peek of the new Kitty City! The community cat rooms have been built and are ready for paint and decoration! There are 5 rooms with the ability to hold 4-5 cats each.

Potential adopters will be welcomed and encouraged to enter the rooms to visit and interact with the cats!

The rest of Kitty City will feature a spacious outdoor catio, a community super-senior cat room, and cat condos to house the rest of the cats and kittens somewhat separately.

We can’t wait to introduce our community to our new digs. We’re planning a community celebration this summer when the weather is nicer but once we’re moved in, we’ll be happy to have visitors stop by for a tour. Hours at the shelter are M-F 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and Saturday 11 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Spring has Sprung on the Trails!

SpringHasSprungWalking on the trails at our new property has some surprises these days! Flowers are popping up all over and even the dogs seem surprised!
