Name: Mallory
Age: 2 years
Breed: Domestic Medium Hair – Black
Reason for being at shelter: Stray nursing mom cat
Description: Picture it. You’re a petite (6 pound) stray, trying to stay alive and nurse your kittens. Thank goodness somebody took an interest in helping her and took her to the shelter where she now has hope for a home of your own where she can be loved on and properly cared for. That’s Mallory’s situation. She’s a small black wonder of a cat, with greeny-gold eyes and a shy, snuggly nature. Mallory retains a slight wariness from her days as a stray so she can be a bit nervous and coy about sudden changes. But basically this little beauty loves being petted, talked to, held, and cherished. She’s as sweet and gentle as can be.
